This place is the BOMB! Lisa is patient, concise, and fabulously well-trained. I would not go elsewhere. Also, not everyone is a size 2, so don't be afraid if You are NOT!

I'm so impressed with Lisa's knowledge of classic pilates, as taught by Jo Pilates, the founder.  I've practiced many different forms of exercise, and have never had anything change my posture, body and fitness level like this.  I'd recommend it to anyone at any age.
