This place and there's a judge what's the most frustrating painful court system of my entire life. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was called for jury duty, but I no longer live in California. The jury duty card lists a website to request excusal from service (the same website Google lists here), but the website has been offline for over a month. The phone tree and the related "self service help" website, says to go to the main court website for contact information (which is down). I cannot even fathom how no one has noticed or bothered to at least redirect the site to a single page that says "Sorry our site is down, please contact us at..."

Older courthouse.  Tiny narrow older restrooms. Calendar often not posted.

Their website is singularly uninformative.  No map or directory of the court buildings is provided.  No humans answer the contract numbers provided on the website.  The list of departments and judicial assignments is not up to date.  In short, you must be an insider to navigate the system.
