I was singing the road trip blues... but this clinic was able to see me as a walk-in with virtually no wait at 4 p.m. on Saturday.  Very thorough and efficient at every step.   I highly recommmend them.  Walgreens is across the street to have prescriptions filled.  Not one complaint!

If you're sick enough and need to be seen, its better to just fight it out. Their wait time is ridiculous.

Similar to every other medical office in the valley, this one also has the most disgustingly underqualified medical professionals I have ever encountered. Every time I go here, they try to tell me that my bronchitis does not need an antibiotic. As an asthmatic patient, this is completely false. I can only get an antibiotic when I get to the point of pneumonia. In addition, if you even want to be seen, have fun with the 2-3 hour wait to be told that "they can't help you.". The medical community of Alamosa is pathetic and not even worth visiting. Specifically, I was treated by a nurse practitioner that was extremely  rude from the beginning. She did not want to help, and she treated me like I was stupid.  I have never met  somebody that rude in a medical position, and I will NEVER return due to the lack of respect I received from this rude doctor.

They took forever they told me they would come in in ten minutes and its been alot longer then 10 minutes.

If I could give this negative stars I would. They wanted us to pay in full for services because we were from out of town instead of billing the insurance we carry. They would make us pay in full and then bill the insurance and let the insurance reimburse us after we submitted a claim. They also don't have a pediatrician that works here. This place should be put out of business!
