Conway Imports has excellent customer service and great cars. Service is important to me and they delivered today. Very courteous and professional people work here. The office was clean and well organized. If you want a nice well maintained car I highly recommend their services. See Tony Martinez cause he will definitely hook you up with a great deal. Just purchased a beautiful Volkswagen CC from Conway Imports. The high quality of the vehicles in stock is apparent as soon as you step foot on the lot! Marco was extremely professional polite and knowledgeable and helped me thru the entire process. I highly recommend checking out their awesome inventory and should you decide to visit definitely ask for Marco. The lot is clean and well maintain and all the staff members are kind and courteous. I know most dealerships websites don't update daily but let's say there website is 2 days behind. I called a few days ago and confirmed that the car was in stock. We also went the extra mile to call the day before to confirm and they said it's still available. Cool, so we drove an hour to this place and when we got there they said it was sold a week ago. I'm a pretty understanding person when it comes to mistakes but if it was sold a week ago why didn't you (as a sales professional) call us and tell us that it was sold? Even if we called the day before the appointment why didn't you say it was sold. Completely unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful and dissatisfied with the experience. I mean, there was an Subaru STI right outside it fell within my needs and wants. He didn't even bother to offer us to look at that car. Another thing is that "Mike" kept throwing someone by the name of Marco under the bus. Teamwork people!

For people looking for a used car do yourself a favor and skip the shady places, stop by Conway imports and you will find a good car and a great deal just like I did.
