I definitely had to come and post my review as the 1st was very true about Frank, today i met frank in the assesors office, just 30 minutes before closing a mans voice said step up and he began to work on my issue after my 3rd visit to the assesor this year, Frank is very polite, quick and has a great attitude. You deserve more than 5 stars. Thanks for taking pride in your job and continue the great work.

Frank was very helpful. He assisted me with my exemptions, and within 15 minutes I was out the door.  I did notice that most people didn't have the correct paperwork and unfortunately could not be assisted. Luckily I placed a call before I arrived and was guided correctly. I recommend a call ahead to verify the paperwork you would need for your circumstance.
