The worst court I have ever dealt with! I would give you zero star rating if I could. The clerks are unprofessional, unable to help with anything - they are just simply lazy and don't give a damn! I had an issue with an appearance that I filed in mid June of 2017 and by mid July 2017 it still hasn't been filed. When I called, a clerk told me she will try to locate it, sure she asked me about the name of the bank the check was issued from, but failed to ask about anything else. The next day she calls back and tells me she located the check. HOWEVER, she gave me the wrong check number. How dumb can you be! After NUMEROUS phone calls, it appeared that the mail was lost. Simply vanished! I have decided to stop the check (as it was never cashed) and file the appearance electronically. July 14, I check the docket one last time to see whether the appearance was filed or not. It was NOT. I filed it electronically. On July 20, I receive the file-stamped appearance - the one that was "lost" - after I filed the appearance electronically on July 14. What the heck are these people doing there!? NOTE TO THE MANAGER: Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Be efficient! Communicate!!! Start actually helping people and stop chatting about useless things as I heard it on the phone while being on hold! This courthouse and its employees are just pathetic and useless.

The clerks were very nice. We came a little late to pick up a copy of our marrige license and the young lady behind the desk took very good care of us.

This is the worst court house ever. When you talk to them they don't even look up to talk to you. They are unprofessional and rude. For people who work in a court house ... This whole thing is a mess and sad.

Something that needs to seen with your own two eyes to believe. It's like the Ed Debevic's of clerks office's. They ignore the people waiting and take random long breaks. There is literally no one supervising these clerks to ensure they are doing their job. They are rude and short with everyone to a comical degree. As someone pointed out in a previous review these clerks put up with plenty of bulls*it from patrons and just have no patience left for people there just trying to pay tickets and be on their way. The phone situation is inexcusable. No one answers and when they do answer they hang up on you and occasionally laugh at your frustration. This place is better to laugh at otherwise you will end up crying or going off on a clueless worker. Good Luck anyone trying to have a quick and easy experience, it's as likely as seeing Bigfoot riding a unicorn on your way home.

I was initially very frustrated when trying to gather information from the clerks office, and was having the same experience as many of the other commenters, rude, dismissive, and unprofessional conduct on the part of the people I was connecting with...then I spoke with Wendy and Paula in the (criminal records?) department, and the were both so helpful and polite, I just had to come and comment! I appreciate the time and courtesy that they showed me! Thanks Ladies! Although my overall experience was 3 stars, I give these ladies 5 stars for professional and efficient customer care and conduct!
