I just took delivery of a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Touring and found the service at Cook to be outstanding.  I was after a specific model in a hard to find color and they located the EXACT vehicle I wanted and had it on the lot in a little more than a week.  The team at Cook went above and beyond in locating the vehicle, during the sales process, and, have checked in with me on two separate occasions since I have taken delivery to make sure the myriad of technology on the car and I are interfacing as we should be.   As a local business owner, It's important to me to be supporting other local businesses, and keeping as many dollars spent as local as possible.  The Cook team made that choice easy and obvious. I love this dealership so much that I pursued a career working for them. My first year here, I along with three other salespersons, was awarded BEST OF THE BOAT. We, at Cook, are a family and treat every customer like one of ours. Our local community would be lost without our common courtesy and willingness to help good people into great vehicles. Over 50 years in the 'Boat and still strong! Feel free to come in to say "hi" :)

FIVE stars to Darryl & the guys in the service department! They are honest mechanics, who are genuinely great people! They are so accommodating & not too pushy. They take great care of me and my Suby! I wholeheartedly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there.
The sales department however, are your typical "used car salesmen" in my opinion. They were schmoozers, and had huge egos & snobby demeanor. Our salesman was cramming a doughnut into his mouth and talking with his mouth full when I was in his office chatting about buying a vehicle. Essentially, I was told "If you don't buy the car, then someone else definitely will, and you can go look somewhere else." when I attempted to haggle the price due to some dents and paint chipping all over the hood. Then, the manager made a racist remark, in front of me, about the girl at the front desk because she screwed up on paperwork. The sales department (at least the 2 fellows I dealt with) get ZERO stars from me! Sorry.

This dealership tried to take advantage of us.  I found them to not understand our needs and just push a very small inventory.  After trying to cut through bs they offered a price 153% of what you can get online or any other dealership in the state. My family (3 of us there) felt insulted.  I could tell you more about my experience with this dealership but you get the idea.

This is where we get our Subaru serviced and they are always very nice and get the job done, free car wash to boot!
