I usually don’t post reviews, however, this was a must. Judy at cookies by design went above and beyond. After ordering online, confirming a delivery time was prompt. Our cake was hand delivered with a bow on the box. All this was done the same day! She was communicative and very polite. Not to mention, the cookie cake was delicious. Thanks for making our sons birthday a great one!!

My friend was so pleased with her birthday surprise from Cookies by Design. I was immediately sent a picture and it was exactly what I ordered. She could not stop talking about how pretty the cookies were decorated. I ordered online, was easy enough and I am very pleased with receiving a call telling me it had been delivered. I would just love to be able to send them to all my favorite people. Beautiful but prices just don’t let me do this often at all.

The best place ever to deal with!!!!! They were very helpful.  Judy was wonderful to talk to and very accompanying. . The cookies were the Best. We got the photo cookies and wow—an awesome job!!!!!!! I ordered a small “deepest sympathy” cookie basket in the morning for a team at work who had a coworker unfortunately pass away. The cookies were delivered that same day a little after lunch time and the man who delivered them called me to personally tell me the basket was just delivered. I thought the service was wonderful, the price was so reasonable, and it was a nice alternative to flowers. I will definitely order from them in the future.

The person receiving the cookie bouquet was delighted with the gift.  It was tracked and arrived on time.  Very nicely decorated, like on their web site & wrapped very well.  I, Sue placed the order with a very helpful sales lady.  Very pleased

They were very professional and very kind when they contacted me to let me know my purchased had been delivered. The basket of cookies was beautifully put together and the cookies were delicious. Definitely will purchase from them again!

I delivered a food order to this wonderful store! Not only did they leave a very generous cash tip but she tipped me in cookies as well. They were DELICIOUS and the staff there are very friendly. Definitely am gonna go back and support an excellent local business.

Excellent customer service. Ordered from Florida and my delivery person called me to let me know my basket had been delivered.  Delivered exactly as I requested. Would definitely order from cookies by Design in North Olmsted again!
