I have always loved Cookies by Design as a gift for people. I ordered a “get-well” bouquet for my dear friend with the teddy bear doctors and nurses in scrubs. My friend loved it! In addition, I thought it would be delivered on Monday, but they delivered it early on Saturday. I was very happy about that. Highly recommend Cookies by Design for a unique gift for someone. The cookies are delicious and are very nicely decorated.

Don't believe the "Next Day Delivery" promise.   I selected next day delivery for a reason and paid the shipping.    Cookies were delivered 3 days later.    When I emailed customer service,  they responded on the 3rd day saying: "it will be delivered today, here's the tracking number". They could care less that my gift didn't arrive in time.

My daughter loved her cookie bouquet. It was delivered promptly to her door.

I booked a cookie delivery to Anaheim. The tricky bit here is I live in Australia. I was unable to do the standard order form and after emailing, staff contacted me via email and phone to make sure my order went through properly. A+ service and communication.  The delivery was on time and looked amazing. Thank you so much.

I have been ordering from this Cookies by Design location for years!! These are my mom and sister’s favorite- every birthday, Mother’s Day, and celebrations in between.  They have always delivered timely and the cookies are always fresh and delicious!

I placed the order on line and the package was delivered as promised.  The recipients were surprised and sent me a picture of the product received. It was just like the picture in the catalog!  Thanks for making my friends happy!

The cookies were a HUGE hit at my grandson’s birthday party! The kids couldn’t stop talking about them! The looked incredible and TASTED that way too! Thank you!

The customer service is wonderful.  I had ordered and then the next day got a 20% off email.  They let me cancel my first order and re-order using the 20% discount with no hassle whatsoever.  Their cookies are always beautiful and just like the pictures depicted so I'm always assured my family/friends/customers get the exact cookies I ordered for them.  Great quality and great customer service keeps me ordering from the Long Beach Cookies by Design team!

Their customer service was incredible.  This was a last minute idea for my grandson who just turned 2 and they loved the cookie bouquet.  Also, this was a last minute gift and they were right on top of it, getting it created and delivered when I needed it at my sons house.

The quality of the cookies and brownies was amazing.  I had never tasted the brownies before and they were actually some of the best I have ever had in my life!  Also, I had called that morning and asked that delivery avoid a certain window of time.  My request was granted when the deliver occurred before my wife had to leave.  I was very satisfied with the whole experience!
