Extremely disappointed! I placed an order for pick up with 4 days advanced notice. The order was actually ready hours before they told me. The bouquet was a gift for my son's engagement party. All seemed fine when I put the bouquet securely in my car for the 20 minute drive home. Well, by the time I got home, all the cookies had  completely fallen apart! I called the store immediately but they closed early. I left a message asking for a replacement of refund but they never responded. Terrible experience and no customer service. I'll never use them again

First order everything was great . Second order which I placed 4 days before the date I wanted them for , the Decadent Choc Cookies were not fresh but the rest definitely were . Please if we are placing an order and not picking it up till end of day ,the Cookies need to be baked same dayFood: 4/5

They did a fantastic job on my son’s premiere night cookie bouquet in his school colors!!!  Everyone loved it, especially my son. Great, friendly staff, and they even gave us a box to carry the cookie bouquet safely to the play!!!  I highly recommend!!!

This five star review is for the service and kindness I received from their team and manager. We had placed an order for relatively simple tooth shaped cookies for pick up next day and the lady whom took my order was nice enough to send me a photo of one finished cookie before they continued so I could determine if I was happy or not. She obliged and I later got a text with the photo of two of the cookies. I will admit I wasn’t as thrilled with the art as I thought I would be and I politely asked if she would redo it as it just wasn’t my standard. I felt bad but she was kind and said she would have them redone and she sent me another picture. It was better but not still to the typical standard I had seen in their shop displays, but as we were pressed for time to have them picked up, I said that would be good enough. When I went to pick them up, the lady was very nice and she apologized even though I wasn’t unhappy and hadn’t complained and said they were just going to give me the cookies as their regular cookie artist walked out on her shift so the whole team was scrambling to fulfill orders, and she was apologizing because she felt bad for not telling me before when I asked to have her redo the design which if I knew their situation I would have been totally understanding. The cookies did turn out very cute and they were so nice to me. That’s the way you handle tough situations. Great job guys and thank you.

I placed an order for a Mother's Day event.  They were quick to take my cc info but failed to provide the product on the date promised. I had not received my order by late afternoon and kept getting the run around from the store and when I called their "corporate office".   I drove to their "Corporate office" to get an explanation of why my order hadn't been delivered.  Neither the "corporate office" nor the store communicated with each other and the order hadn't even been placed at either location until I arrived.  I canceled the order in person and was told by Sylvia that they were "too busy" to process the refund right then.  I am expecting that it will be processed today 5/15/2023 or I will be making another visit to their "corporate office".  It is so very disappointing that I had to track down the status of this order only to find that it had not been placed.  I will not recommend or order from here again.

I set out to find last minute Easter cookies for our weekend brunch with family. After trying a few other local businesses, I was pretty sure I was just out of luck. To my surprise, I popped into the Plano location of Cookies by Design and was greeted by a very friendly employee who helped me pick out some of the most adorable bunny cookies for my place-settings. She wrapped them individually and boxed them up in less than 5 minutes. I was delighted! If they taste half as good as they look, they still deserve the 5-star rating!

Easy to access website, easy to order on website, same day delivery, arrangement gorgeous,  reasonable in price,  and delicious.  Never know when something needed at last minute of returning from hospital.  Convenient.  Mom loved them!  Thanks!
