Cookies by Design Glenview always delivers delicious cookies on time!  The store is great too.  There are individual cookies for sale as well as dog treats!  I am never disappointed.  I have been going there for many years and highly recommend the chocolate chip cookies and the sugar cookies.

Every year we use the Glenview Cookies by Design to send personalized cookies to our business associates. Stacey and team do an outstanding, efficient and quality job every year! I couldn't ask for a better company to work with and of course their decorating and cookies are delicious!!! Thank you Stacey. You are amazing.

Great little store.  Very friendly person behind the counter.  I placed an order in the morning and received a call shortly after to let me know their Saturday hours and exactly when my order would be ready.  Loved the DIY Christmas Cookies and our dogs loved the K-9 cookies as well.

We had a cupcake emergency. Our original plan for Cupcakes for a Surprise Work Baby Shower fell through the day before the event due to Cov-id. I called several other bakeries and cupcakeries for help, but they were all backed up and booked, and also needed 1 week advance for an order. When I finally got to Cupcake by Design, the lady was very nice, calming and empathetic. She jumped right in to the details to see what she could do to help. She got our information and created an order as close to what we were looking for and was able to have it ready at the location nearest to me Glenview, IL by 1PM the next day which was perfect for the 2PM event. Then, Cupcake by Design went the extra mile when Stacey sent pictures the next day with concern of color of frosting and wanted to confirm that was what we wanted.  Her hunch was correct and the call resulted in a correction that she was able to do in a flash, in time for the pickup at 1PM. Definitely a company striving for 100% customer satisfaction which was absolutely achieved both visually and in taste. Cookies may be the storefront day to day business, but the Cupcakes and excellent Customer Service are absolutely on point! The only feedback I have is that hopefully at some point in time there will be a complement to the Vanilla Cloud Cupcake so that there can be both a simple vanilla and chocolate option which is ideal for a mixed group don't get me wrong, the Triple Chocolate Cupcake is definitely to die for!.Thank you again to Stacey and team for all of your help and quick turn around. I have ordered from Cookies by Design many times and have always been impressed by the quality of their product and the adorable designs.  The Glenview, IL location particularly impressed me with their prompt delivery and keeping in frequent contact with me concerning when the package was delivered.

The cookies were even prettier in person than they were in the picture online! There was a problem with my original delivery date and they called me to make other arrangements to make sure they were still delivered in time for a great birthday surprise! Thank you so much!!

We were here back in October while we were in town.  The employee working was fantastic, she was super friendly and the cookies tasted great and were beautifully designed.  Highly recommend this location & thank you again for the incredible service!

Great service!  When no one answered the door when delivered, the driver called and arranged where to safely leave the cookie bouquet and then called me to confirm delivery. Couldn’t ask for more!!
