Very unique way to send your regards instead of a traditional bouquet of flowers! The cookies are decorated very professionally with a wide variety of designs to choose from. You can even add delicious undecorated cookies to add for those that may want to display the decorated ones a bit longer! Beautiful and tasty too!

1. Employees are happy and glad you called when answering and when leaving the voice mail that the cookies were delivered! (have had experience with another IL CBD location that was uncooperative with delivery and had a bad attitude even though the site said it delivered to that address and had to call corporate to resolve the situation which they did thankfully) 2. You are very quick to fix mistakes and even give the customer an incentive (and all with a smile )to come back which I did 3. And of course the cookies are adorable and the recipient loves them!

Don't get me wrong cookies were awesome so was the design and basket. This is what happened I went to the store placed the order this was on Saturday before valentine's day on Tuesday asked that it could be delivered by 2pm was told they cannot promise a time on that day but should be .I called at 1:40 was told on the way .Called back at 2:40 had to almost beg them to find out where they were was told we have 3 ppl out delivering had to ask if they could call the driver was told not sure what driver had them finally they was told be there in 5 minutes 5 turned into 10 got the basket at 2:55 .

Great service, delivered as expected, exactly what I ordered. Follow up to tell me they had been delivered was a real plus!
