Cookies & Cupcake by Design is my favorite dessert place to go. I've never been a huge fan of cupcakes but their cupcakes are AMAZING! They are super moist, have a great variety of flavors, and the frosting is a perfect degree of sweetness. The staff is also very patient and helpful when I am deciding which luscious treat to indulge in!

Great cookies! Super cute designs, and they taste good too. The team was great to work with - super accommodating for our corporate event. They had no problem individually wrapping over 300 cookies and delivering them to our event when needed. Will work with them again!

Jennifer and her staff at Cookies and Cupcakes by Design are some of the most creative people I know! The cookies with corporate logos to the tastes and visual flavors of there cupcakes, it truly amazing! My clients enjoy their cookie or cupcake treats when I deliver them. Jennifer has also been great at helping out with fundraisers! You need to stop in and check them out!!! Well done Jennifer!

Quick service - ordered after 8am for that day delivery and they were delivered before 11am. Great follow up - called to let me know the order was delivered. I've been told the cupcakes were DELICIOUS by the recipient. :)

One of the members of my biggest account is retiring, and my team wanted to give her a nice little gift that would let her know she will be missed. She was absolutely tickled pink when she came into her office with a bright and cheery cookie bouquet on her desk and called right away to thank us. This was great because she is 100's of miles away and it is so important to know that I can depend on Cookies by Design Grand Rapids to take care of my customer the way I would. Thanks so much for the extra touch of calling me to let me know my order had been delivered.
