I must have seemed like I wasn't totally happy, probably because I wasn't, and the owner/ manager wasn't able to fix things because I was asking for something they didn't have. But, she immediately said, "we're having barbecue for lunch, want some" and gave me a free bbq sandwich. I was very impressed. And, the ice cream rocks!! And, I never write reviews but was motivated to do so because the response was just so over the top.

I walked in and my wife and son came in behind me.  She asked if "they were with me".  Yes lady the black woman was my wife.  Cookies are $2.00 each and the monster cookie was horrible.  My son also got a cookie.  I gave her my credit card and she turned a sign around that said $5.00 minimum for card usage.  I paid cash.  I will never return to this place ever. They acted like they had never seen a black woman before.   Oh, if you do spend $5.00 and use a card you have to show ID.  I suggest this place learn the art of customer service, learn to trust your customers and take some lessons on how to bake cookies
