This is by far the best experience I've had with a repair service. When my air conditioning went out, I called them (based on other favorable reviews) at 7p on a record-breaking DC hot day. Ron fit me in and came an hour later, juggling my emergency with several others - and some still to go. I had older guests in town who needed a break from the heat. Ron worked in the dark replacing a damaged part. When it looked like I might also need a new motor, he decided to hold off and check again two hours later to see if it just needed a chance to cool down from the broken part that had overheated the rest of the system. Each time he could have run up the bill, he didn't and talked me through what he was doing. Then he checked on us twice afterwards. PLUS the office staff there are amazing. It was a long night for Ron but by midnight we had air conditioning and my elderly guests got great sleep thanks to his hard work and expertise. 

I HIGHLY recommend Cool Breeze.

They squeezed me in on a Saturday night, the techs name was Kenneth. Very prefessional, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was done within 20 minutes, price was right. I will be using them for future services. Thanks again for the great service.

We have always had great service from Cool Breeze. They do an excellent job of fixing problems we have had with our furnace and air conditioners.  The technician explains very clearly what the problem is and what he recommends as a fix.  They arrive when they say they will!  We highly recommend Cool Breeze to our friends.

We had the team replace a very dated HVAC system almost 5 years ago. The price was fair and the service was professional and prompt. No issues to date. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them.

Professional, knowledgable and caring business and staff. Our AC went out this week and they were able to get it up and running right away. We have two units so we have to have a business that knows their stuff! Thank you Cool Breeze.
