My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend. When he received them a couple of the flowers had brown on them. I called and someone called me back than told me his delivery guy would come pick them up and return them to him once they were fixed. The flowers came back beautiful.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a hospital but they were not specific in their delivery times and when I called and asked about it, the woman said she would call me right back. I waited 30 minutes and she did not call me back. Then I called again and they told me the flowers would not be delivered until the evening. The person on the phone told me they were really busy. So if they are so busy maybe they shouldn't take so many orders or hire more help in order to have a timely deliveries. When someone orders flowers for the next day, it should be for that DAY, not the evening.

My family placed an order for a funeral. We ordered an azalea bush but what was delivered was tulips that looked half dead. We called the store but it was closed so we left a secondary phone number to be reached at since the number we left on file was going to be at work. Not only did they not reach out the next morning to the number we left for them but I had to call them. The person I talked to only wanted argue with me and give me attitude. HORRIBLE customer service. No empathy what so ever and never did apologize.

Coombs Flowers provided all of our flowers for our wedding and they were beautiful. The owner was able to see my vision and recreate it. The arrangements for the bridal party were stunning. The centerpieces were breathtaking. Easy to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.
