Beautiful park. My family and I come here regularly. It's great for waking, biking, enjoying nature, fishing, picnicking, and playing with the kids. There is a visitor center with some information, but we rarely go there. We mostly walk along the paths, enjoy the river and play on the playgrounds. It does cost money to park at the park, but I think a year long pass is only about $25, which is a small price to pay for such a beautiful, well-kept park.

Great place for sunrise and sunsets. Nice and relaxing. Coon rapids side is much nicer, cleaner, and relaxing. There is always some event going on here for the family to enjoy

Definitely my favorite part of the beginning of my bike path nice pavement as well.
