I recently purchased a new (to me) vehicle here and couldn't have had a better experience.

Brittany was a fantastic resource and help with deciding what to get and gave me plenty of options within the scope of what I was looking for and my price range. If you go to this dealership I would definitely recommend asking for her help.

When I took one of the vehicles out for a test drive, the used sales manager actually pointed out a problem with the vehicle (The front struts needed replacing) before I said anything about it and said they'd have it fixed by the next day if I wanted to take it out for a drive again. That honesty brought me back to test drive it again, and eventually buy that same vehicle.

I felt like the people there genuinely wanted me to get what I wanted rather than just try to make the sale which made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxed.

Our salesperson was Chase Blowers.  Chase was very polite, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable.  He made my Husband I very comfortable. Chase wasn’t “pushy” at all. He answered any questions we had without hesitation.  

I would recommend shopping for a vehicle at Walser Coon Rapids...especially if you ask for Chase!

Chase B. made the car buying experience stress free and easy! He listened to what we wanted and was honest and upfront with everything. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles! We would definitely recommend Chase!

I've been coming to Coon Rapids Nissan for years, and have referred many friends and family there, as well! Staff is always warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! I worked with Chase today to lease a 2017 Rogue, and had a fabulous experience.  Rob helped me get the numbers where I needed them to be, and I left with a beautiful new vehicle! Buy or lease your next vehicle there and you will be so happy you did! Ask for Chase!

A great experience from beginning to end. Scott Y greeted me and asked questions to determine what kind of car would best suit me. He looked at the available options, made a few appropriate suggestions, then took me for a test drive. My decision was made quickly, and he then turned me over to Adam J, who was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and he made himself available after the transaction was finalized to address some final issues. The whole process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. Much gratitude to this team!
