Story

Since it's inception in 1984, Coonrod & Associates (C&A), has been Kansas' premier Construction Manager for school bond projects, athletic facilities including YMCA's, aquatic / pool construction and several other types of construction.

C&A has successfully managed entire school bond issues in excess of $50 million. They have constructed single projects in excess of $35 million.

They have built more K-12 educational facilities and YMCA's than any other contractor in the state.

C&A has the full capabilities to take a project or projects from dream to reality. They pride themselves in precision and quality, building relationships with all their clients and their capabilities to self perform concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry, steel erection and specialty installations. They also have a full time LEED Accredited Professional and Architect.
