Cheating the customer with Fraudulent insurance coverage information. My Spouse went to "Cooper Center for Physical & Massage Therapies, 29805 Middlebelt Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334" for taking physical therapy . When she inquired about the insurance coverage, the Staff of the Therapy center took her insurance card details and informed my spouse that the insurance she carries(BCBS) is fully covering her treatment and they are the in-network providers of BCBS. So, my spouse started taking treatment from them. After a month, when we received the claim information from the insurance company(BCBS), we got to know that this therapy center is not a in-network provider and I need to pay all the charge from Out of pocket. Then, we went to the therapy center and asked them about misinforming us that they are in-network insurance providers. They were very rude and told us that "this is the way they work with everybody". They put the blame on insurance company for not covering. But, the fact of the matter is that these guys are not the registered in-network providers of BCBS but they misinformed us in the beginning that they in-network provider to just enroll us as patients and later they cheated us . When we questioned about this fraudulent practice , they used abusive words. We have recorded a video of this conversation. We have filed a complain with Department of Insurance and waiting for justice.

Dr. Cooper is amazing and the therapists are very good too. I am impressed. They spend time working on me and then Dr. Cooper works on me too! Manual therapy as well as other techniques. When I started I couldn't raise my arms above my head because of a car accident. I love them and I highly recommend Cooper Center.

Dr. Cooper is by far the most knowledgeable physical therapist I have every come into counter with. I have had issues with my ankle and knee for years upon years with no successful outcomes. I have been to 8 different physical therapist over the past 4 years and I had pretty much given up hope on every walking normally or jogging again. I decided I would give therapy one last try before I just cut my leg off (Joking). So I was advised to see Dr. Cooper by a neighbor who claimed she complete relived him from critical back pain. Since I meet Dr. Cooper my life has changed, I am walking with minimum issues, and this is only my 13th session to date. I am more than positive that I will be jogging again by the summer, and I owe it all to Dr. Cooper. I truly thank you, you are the best at what you do.

Cooper Center consistently helps me to maintain my flexibility in my back. Dr. Cooper and her wonderful staff has helped me over the years whenever I had an injury.
