Excellent trust worthy dealership!! I searched online for 3 hours before choosing Cooper Motors and it was well worth the search. Trevor and Joe are awesome! I love my 4x4 Tahoe and was in and out with financing in a few hours. I have bought over 10 cars in my life from many dealers in many cities and I can honestly say that I highly recommend them as a dealership. They can be trusted and know cars and trucks very well. My wife and son purchased a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado in April for $6500, the check engine light turned on, on the way home. We had this checked out at our service center, they determined that there were multiple issues.  We had the majority of them repaired and 4 new tire installed to the toon of $1900, We requested the title for the truck multiple times and it only took about 3 weeks to get a title from the wholesaler that was selling this through this dealership .  We were told that the brother of the wholesaler had replaced the transmission 3 months earlier, but there were issues, so we requested the warranty information, finally received it yesterday and the warranty reads that it was replaced in April of 2016, no longer valid.  Took the truck to have it traded in today and found out that there have been 5 owners, and instead of the 99,000 miles that were on the odometer it actually has over 300,000 miles and also has a possible SALVAGE title.   DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE WITHOUT DOING YOUR HOMEWORK.  DO NOT PURCHASE IN ILLINOIS BECAUSE THEY DON'T  HAVE TO DISCLOSE ISSUES. Thanks for nothing COOPER AUTO, WE LOST ON THIS DEAL.

I would have to say my experience with the staff at Cooper motors to say the least was a 1 star rating. The reason being after several emails and text I was told that they would get back with me, here we are 1 week later and no response, got back on their website to see they sold the truck a week after I inquired about it. Sad thing about it they missed out on selling my wife a new vehicle. Will never have to worry about getting any of my business.
