Cope recently encountered an individual in bankruptcy court who approached him and asked "are you my attorney"? This will not happen to you when you hire our firm.

Instead, you will meet Attorney Cope during your initial consultation, not at your first court hearing. Attorney Cope will then work directly with you to determine your goals, explain options and create a strategic plan to lessen debt, halt creditor harassment, prevent foreclosure and/or accomplish other goals.

I have been working with Cope Law Offices for over 3 years, and I cannot express my gratitude or overstate the confidence I have in everyone I worked with over this time. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have dealt with other attorneys in the past and they seem to rush you, don’t even pretend to care, but not this firm. I highly recommend Cope Law Offices to anyone needing this type of legal advice.

I had a phone consultation, and I could not have been more pleased. Mr. Cope was extremely friendly . I was able to ask all of my questions, and, I never felt rushed. He was very thorough. Also, his scheduler, Richard, was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them.

So bad I literary was forced to give up $1200 of my fully paid $1600 for them to completely screw me over. 

At the end of the day I was actually happy I lost the money they insisted on basically stealing from me, so that I could move away from their terrible, sloppy, unprofessional work to find a better, WAY more experienced lawyer to take over my case from their absolute mess. 

After months of them doing nothing, not communicating and honestly after dealing with my would-be good lawyer all I say is they sat around and dropped the ball big time and when my family finally had enough - Russ Cope personally chastised and came after me verbally several times and then in true  immature/childish behavior - literally stopped talking to me. Seriously... This "man" when called out on his mistakes, sent me nasty emails - while we were still a fully paid client of theirs just looking for any kind of progress and communication that was so lost the entire time, stopped all communication with me and my family (no joke he sent us a nasty email and then ran away like a baby when we responded very maturely, we never heard from him personally again. My wife even tried to reach out with a very nice email... No response from this loser). What an absolute baby, poor ego was hit hard and he got mad, then ran away. 

End result, I wanted nothing to do with this guy and because of that, they again, took almost all
of my money for basically NO work and never talked to me again. I ended up hiring a MUCH, MUCH better lawyer that did things and taught me things Cope couldn't even dream of from his home office (where he always works from). I've never been so happy to loose so much money for nothing. Over heard this guy was once pretty good but has been dropping for a while.. I can tell you, if he was ever any good - that time has passed! Do Not hire this man, trust me, there are Much better lawyers out there. This guy is a gutless, clueless, careless full on scam.
