No stars for Copeland Appliance Center! We have a Frigidaire Professional Series Refrigerator that is not cooling. My husband called to see if they could send a repairman out to look at it. The woman that answered the phone was rude told him they will only look at appliances that they have sold. We bought an 8 year old house a year ago and have no idea who bought the refrigerator. We would have bought from them if the one we have could not be repaired... NOT NOW. The way they treat potential customers is ridiculous. We will never buy from Copeland!

Lady is so rude that answered the phone. Wasn’t helpful since I bought my appliances some where else. Just moved here and will never buy anything from them for sure.

Wonderful owners, they are so helpful. Very happy with the refigerator and dishwasher I purchased from them over a year ago.

Before taking the dishwasher to Copelands, we did some research. We were afraid to purchase the approx. $140.00 part on the internet, in case we were wrong. We took the dishwasher into Copelands on a Saturday, they did tell us upfront, they would not be able to look at it until Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday we called to check, and were told that we were correct, the module control asm had gone out. Then we were told, "it's not worth fixing. The roaches have done too much damage, the touch pad will go out with in 2 to 3 months, and that part has been discontinued". Cost us $30 to go pick it up. Copelands didn't even bother putting it back together inside. they left most things unplugged. Here's my problem. WE DO NOT HAVE ROACHES. I got the d/w almost 2 years ago, used. The home it came from did have roaches. Before bringing it inside my house we "de--bugged" it. (in 4 years living here, I've NEVER seen one nasty roach) It's been almost 2 years since the machine had any bugs, and now they can predict that the part is going to go out in 2 to 3 months??? tomorrow we order the parts and fix it ourselves. It's a REALLY good dishwasher. ***update**** we ordered the module control asm, it DID NOT FIX the problem. Copelands charged us $30 for nothing, they didn't know what was wrong with it.
