My husband and I went to Copper River last night as first time guests and we were very impressed from the beginning to the end of our experience. The host was friendly and sat us right away, engaging us in conversation to set a welcoming mood. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and warmly lit. It’s very appealing to the eyes. Our waitress, Erica, took the time to ask if we had ever dined there before and explained the menu and drink options to us. We had fried pickles as an appetizer, which were some of the best fried pickles we’ve ever eaten! I ordered the stuffed salmon and my husband had the ribs. Both were perfectly cooked. The salmon is still moist and perfectly paired with yummy rice while the ribs just fall off the bones! 

We were well tended to throughout our entire meal. The manager stopped by our table to ask how everything was going, and Erica is so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We will be requesting her as our waitress on return trips.

Very expensive for the service you get.

FOOD: Nothing special. All items I have tried here you can get at other restaurants for a better price. 

SERVICE: SLOW. If you come here to spend time without worrying about leaving or having to get your food fast because you or someone in your party is hungry... You're fine.... Otherwise, think twice before coming in.

PRICE: paying $10 for a glass of wine makes you think if you're really enjoying the time.

I went to Copper River last night to catch up with a friend. It was a good time! The hostesses were all very polite and nice. Our server, Garret, was great! He was on top of things even though it was crazy busy. He checked in on us and didn't pressure us to hurry up, even though the two of us were taking up a 4-top during the dinner rush. The happy hour menu is GREAT. You can get a (yummy!) cheeseburger and fries for just $6. This is what my friend got it; it was well made and filling! I got a Caesar salad for $4 which was well sized and tasty. Their normal prices can be a bit pricey but the service and quality of food makes up for it. But go during happy hour!

We really enjoyed our first experience here. We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. They were playing 80’s music when we walked in the door, which I loved. (I guess they play it on the weekends.)😊 The menu has a wide variety of items to choose from, from salads/sandwiches to burgers to a few Asian dishes.  I got the fried chicken salad and my husband got the fish tacos. The food was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was polite and friendly. It’s was a very clean, nice atmosphere.  Everyone working there was friendly. Great experience.

Ive been here several times. Today I had the stuffed salmon. Omgosh! It's so amazing. Rich. Delicious! The oatmeal cookie drink is also very delicious and rich. I love (and always Have loved) copper river. The service is great. People are friendly. Good ambience. Amazing food and drinks. Please come here and enjoy what I have always enjoyed!
