Went here with my 16 yo robotics oriented son.  Brought a wheel in for them to help us get the right screws and nuts to make his vision work, which they had in stock.  

Besides being extremely helpful and having an extremely long and thin screws in stock(3.25" long 4 or 5mm), they offered my son an unsolicited extremely substantial discount (well below their cost) and gave him an extra 12 screws plus nuts (my son was only going to fill half the holes per wheel to save money).  After being so generous, he even asked if there was anything else my son needed.  My son politely declined.

The young man who assisted us stated that they like to help out kids in the community, and I definitely believe him.  I can't say enough about how we need more businesses like this in the world, and more employees/owners like him.

One of the best business Ive had the fortune to discover. Yes they have what you need, and yes they take great care of you. Forget Ace Hardware - if you need nuts and bolts or anything like that, come straight here. I don't write many reviews on places, but these guys are so awesome that I felt compelled to tell you all about it from the parking lot of their store right now after I just made a purchase.
