Dr Tuft is literally one of the nicest people you could ever meet.  He's also a great dentist!  I would never hesitate to recommend him.

Copperstone offered me a procedure that they said my insurance would cover. I started receiving bills for over $500 for a cleaning and a grinding protector after 3 months. When I asked Copperstone it turned out the it was not covered by the insurance.  I was making payments for what Copperstone said was my portion after the insurance and Copperstone still turned it over to the Collection Bureau. The Collection Bureau needed proof that I was making the making payments. Now the Collection Bureau has served me a summons for court because the payments I had made was with a credit card that I now longer have and I was having problems getting the proof they needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Copperstone Dental to anyone. They recommend procedures, promising they are covered when they are NOT and then sending you to collections even when you are making payments. Steer clear of Copperstone Dental!!!

Dr. Tuft has been our family dentist for 5 years. He and his staff have done an AMAZING job with our four children, ranging from toddler to pre-teen age. Our kids always enjoy their appointments. My four-year-old grins the whole time! They listen well to your needs and concerns and give you lots of helpful information. The office staff is always helpful and kind. They have a great appointment reminder system. Before moving to Boise we had challenges with multiple dentists for our adult dental work and ESPECIALLY our pediatric dental experiences. However, from the first time in Dr. Tufts office, we have been thrilled.

I want to find someone who was could do sedation dentistry. I have never used it but I like the idea of it if I needed too. :)
I found Dr. Tuft mainly out of convince. His practice was in my backward. There were like 4-5 in a small area. He does sedation and offers more things in his practice than you would find at a normal general practice.
If you don't like your dentist then switch. You aren't locked in for life once you go to a dentist. You have choices. The last one I went to was old and out dated. Copperstone's new office is so nice and clean. Dr. Tuft is amazing or I wouldn't be going to him. He told me that he was the best especially at getting people numb. I had to get some work done (cavity filled) and they needed me to get numb and I didn't feel it! So that is the best in my book. Any work I have had done has been a pleasant experience. Both me and my wife switched and now our whole family goes to Copperstone Dental. I love going to a practice that can provide service for the whole family.

We were disappointed with the office, from the office not entering in appointments we had set to the cost for services. We were charged twice as much for services here as we were at other reputable dentists offices.
