After my referral from the VA was received the receptionist promptly called me, sent me an online intake. Even before that was completed, the dates and times for the therapy sessions were made. Initially, I didn’t think physical therapy could help with my dizziness that was caused by a small stroke. The receptionist reassured me that it would, and it did. Dr’s Taylor and Eric, addressed every need, provided handouts with the home exercises required, ones that I continue to use today and probably will for months to come. This is my second time. I’m confident that if I ever need physical therapy again my needs will be heard, assessed and the specific treatment for my needs will be done in a professional and caring manner. Thanks again Team
I had a horrible fall and after relocation of my shoulder physical therapy was next step. At the Tilton location , Britteny was absolutely incredible. Always patient, encouraging, and explaining my progress and possible next steps. Sensitive, professional. Compassionate. Incredible in her attention to detail. She gets my gold star and is a definite asset to your company.
Great experience. Very patient teaching me the exercises I needed to do to get back to hiking after a bad sprain. EVReYONE I had contact with was kind, helpful and very supportive. I would highly recommend them and will actually miss my days there.
I'm very happy with Coppola Physical Therapy after my first visit. I was able to make an appointment rather quickly to see a PT. The first visit was thorough, the instructions were clear and we set goals for my recovery.
I came in with back and hip pain and within a month my pain was gone. I received comprehensive treatment and instruction from Eric Marshall and Brittney Kelby. I left with more flexibility and range of motion and a maintenance program that should keep me active and free of pain. Highly recommend the Tilton office!
I feel I got great care here. I was surprised I wasn't "assigned" one therapist....as I have in previous practices....but it was fine just the same. The sessions themselves were 40-45 minutes, whereas in previous practices I usually got longer than that. I was generally happy with my therapy care here and the team was professional and friendly.
Everyone I worked with at Coppola has been very knowledgeable, helpful, and comprehensive in their approach in rehabbing a neck injury I had been dealing with. I definitely recommend them and really appreciate their help.
I put off going to PT thinking it wouldn’t help me . I was amazed to see how the great therapists who !worked with me and how it helped me. Their dedication to me as a Patient and explanations for my exercise program was superb. Thank you again
Best place to get PT. Clean office. Everyone is so friendly. They make you feel comfortable. Oh and the therapy is amazing.
Was skeptical about PT and feared the PT would hurt. My PT is a great communicator explaining what my Dr. did not and put all my fears to rest. Very good result.
