If it weren't for a poorly run front office Dr. Kosches would get more than a more than a 5! There were two occasions I visited the office and got there on time. Other patients in the waiting room who had later appointments showed up early and even though my appointment was before theirs, they got taken before me. I wish that Dr. Kosches would put better front office practices into place. He deserves to have his front office match his wonderful care as a Doctor.

Dr Kosches office was very professional, yet human and caring. When I got to see the Doc he was personable, and explanatory. He even had a great sense of humor. I asked for a non-anesthesia procedure and he was very accepting of it, and told me he would talk me through it. We also discussed the need for men over age 50 to get a colonoscopy and our social cultural dismay at the procedure. When I finally had the procedure at the non-surgical location close to his office I was amazed at the professional and friendly staff and medical associates. Dr Kosches was amazing, and the procedure was non-painful and incredibly interesting to watch. He explained everything and asked me many times if I was feeling discomfort. What you should know is nobody feels pain from the scope or the activity of it. The only discomfort is from the air injected into the colon that produces bloating. If you want to be awake for the procedure, just know that some discomfort happens from this, and ask for some air to be removed. Doc will comply. I must say, I was impressed and pleased with Dr Kosches and his staff and would refer him to everyone!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very nice and Dr.koches is a very respectful doctor I wouldn't want to see anybody else.

Was there for a consultation. Will not go back for the procedure. I am overweight and am used to doctors advising for health weight loss is advisable. Dr Kosches crossed the line to fat shaming. Knowing no other health number I received a 20 minute diatribe on calorie intake. As an overweight person I am very aware of the calculation calories in calories out. When I mentioned I ate salad for lunch he honed in on the salad dressing. I make my own and mentioned olive oil. My goodness I was shocked to find out something with oil in the title has calories in it!!!!!! Even at the point I started crying he didn't stop. Oh and on my alcohol intake this little gem-- do you think you are self medicating for anxiety. I was there for a colonoscopy consult not a therapy session. Over weight people have a healthy dread of doctors because of this exact behavior. Unless your 24.9 or below and you don't drink stay a healthy distance away from this extremely judgemental Doctor.
