Are they great? Yeah good help from these guys the problem is it obviously comes at a premium price. So if you have to disclose your financial assets / income etc for your case, I feel that you are shooting yourself in the foot by doing so. So they know how much money you have and your income so I feel like this causes for milking. For example, I did my own groundwork and contacted my process server about some information. Called my attorney to update her about said information just so that they could have the paralegal email the server asking for information that I already knew and wasn't really essential and I'm billed for it? I'm already aware anytime I communicate with my lawyer it cost me money, no problem but, Whattttt!!??? Was told that I wouldn't need to have a motion to consolidate filed unless I was served which I wasn't but my lawyer did one any way, $$$$$, whatttt??!! Emailed a few additional photos of evidence to lawyer and that cost a few Benjamins, whatt!!!??? Long story short, I will go broke dealing with this firm at this rate and I still don't have anything to show for my money besides "it should be 6-8 months" in addition to the uncooperative and hostile nature of the person I would be battling in court that has made it abundantly clear that they will fight tooth and nail based on pure ignorance.  

With that being said, I have no doubt Cordell & Cordell would win my case, hell based on my case I could probably win it without counsel which I wouldn't dare attempt nor recommend.  I recommend these guys if you need a family lawyer just make sure you bring 5 times as much cash as you think you need and only if your ex, etc is somewhat of a reasonable person to cooperate with or even open a peaceful dialogue.  In my case, my ex is determined to fight every step of the way based on pure ignorance  and irrational behavior with slander and defamation of my character as her only defense. No court of law or lawyer could cool off the boiling volcano of anger and brick wall of ignorance that my ex emits. As the saying goes, don't sleep with an African American from Baltimore. The ignorance , lack of education and common sense is very real , deadly, costly and toxic. With that said, I've given up in order to avoid a fight that will only get worse and cost more.

Let me start of by saying this..... Divorce is a HORRIBLE process, one I never want to go through again.  That being said, I couldn't have been more fortunate than to have Jessica Zadjura represent me through mine.  She has skillfully balanced her position of listening to my sometimes outrageous demands and providing me with practical, realistic advice.  She has been a tremendous asset to me,

The group out of Baltimore treated me with respect, and I had a very favorable outcome with regards to custody and my final settlement.  I highly recommend and dads with risk of losing any sort of custody in a divorce to use Cordell & Cordell.  I have also been able to reach out in different states when I needed counsel.

Divorce can be a challenging process, but Kristine Rea at Cordell did a great job organizing many complex factors and went up against a longtime attorney from Annapolis with a reputation for being particularly nasty, and we won. The saga continues, however, and Kristine and the folks at Cordell, have been great friends and professionals throughout.  Highly recommended.
