Can't give it 0 stars so here goes.  Had alternator replaced 3 months ago.  Alternator failed and drained battery.  Took it to Corky's who said it would be 75.00 to test, but no charge if it was the alternator (replaceable under warranty).  Later was told battery was bad, and they would sell me a new one.  Told them battery was only 3 months old, so I would replace it under warranty, which I did.  They then said everything including the alternator "tested good" and charged me 75.00.  The next day I brought it back when the new battery began to die, and the car had electrical problems.  The then decided it actually was the alternator and replaced it under warranty.
But they refused to refund the "diagnostic fee", which they had promised to if it was the alternator.  Don't walk, run away from this place.

My family has used them since the 70's and I have a 2004 Lincoln LS that had a challenging issue. They were more than fair with us, explained everything what was wrong as they found it (the only way it could be done), when the part couldn't be ordered they told us how to obtain it ourselves, which we did. They installed the part, the overall cost was reasonable. After we got it home, the NAVI had an issue so we went back and they looked at it again and advised us as to what to do. Awesome people to work with. 5+ all the way! I'd refer to my friends and anyone that asked. Thanks guys, your the BEST!
