I had the best possible experience with Cornell's. I was referred to go see Michael for an engagement ring, and it was the best decision. Michael, and the rest of the Cornell's staff always greeted me as if I was the most important client they ever had; it was friendly, inviting, and genuinely sincere. If I was early, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Working with Michael was a breeze, it was natural, easy, comfortable, and FUN. I never thought I'd say buying a ring was fun, but it genuinely was. When someone else puts you first, like they did, and make my concerns and tastes their priorities, you win. Michael was aware of my budget, my style, and my story with my fiance. Needless to say, we found the perfect diamond and made the perfect ring. Along the way, Michael constantly educated me on diamonds and where I would find the best results and value. My fiance, and anybody that sees her ring remarks how it is one of the most beautiful rings, and how it just seems to shine brighter. Cornell's is a true blue chip company, that is dedicated to the seemingly lost art of a white glove treatment; before, during, and after the sale. True service is something you cannot buy, and luckily you don't have to with Cornell's. From start to finish they were all just as invested in my engagement as I was. We will return for our wedding bands, and exclusively for all of our jewelry, and I don't see that ever changing. I wish I could have the words to adequately thank Cornell's. Whether it's a new watch, or an engagement ring- the most sentimental purchase of your life, make sure you trust that experience, moment, and investment with the best. A Heartfelt thank you to all the Cornell's Staff, and specifically to Michael Cornell, a true gentleman and professional.

We stumbled upon Cornell's for a diamond viewing as a part of our self-designed engagement ring, and when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely sales associate and Mr. Cornell himself. They gave us expert opinions on executing our dream design, and due to our tight budget they generously offered to absorb much of the cost of buying additional diamonds from wholesalers. We went through many iterations with the two of them by our side, until we found "the one," and they both remained calm, kind, and objective even when we suggested modifications to make the design truly "ours." The outcome is absolutely stunning and unique. After visiting dozens of name-brand jewelers, this was the first place my fiancée felt truly at home and taken care of- the staff even uses their cell phones to text/call/etc, keeping everyone in the loop in real-time, which was very impressive as compared to the services we received at chain brands. The staff has earned lifelong clients, even as we move out of Syracuse to New Haven, CT. If you are looking for something stunning, unique and affordable for your engagement or bridal piece, I could not recommend this store highly enough. They are truly our lifelong jeweler, and friends.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Cornell's and worked with Michael. I had zero knowledge prior to visiting Cornell's about the types of engagement rings i could purchase regarding the design, style, quality. Michael took the time to explain to me all the options available and made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. My fiance now has the perfect ring and could not be happier. I will definitely be back to Cornell's for future purchases.
