Corner Bakery has been pretty good at replicating their baked good presentation.  Where they could use a dose of good business sense is in employee product knowledge. I've been patronizing this establishment for a few years and their products keep me coming back, however on more than one occasion, I've inquired about a particular menu item and I get a blank stare. We're not playing Jeopardy, I am just curious about your goodies.
Most of the employees are friendly, so they aren't chasing people away, just need to sharpen their menu item skills. It's hard to ask for the add on if you can't talk about your mainstay items.

I have been coming to this location for years. not sure what changed, but it wasn't for the better. showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday night. we were 2nd in line and it took 10 min to even get to us. the manager was roaming the floor, but somehow the 6+ tables where customers had to usher and left were not getting cleared. the normally full shelve of desserts were half empty and the food that was in there looked like it had survived an earthquake. while I was paying for our order a woman walked up and asked when their food would be ready because they had ordered awhile ago and still had not been served. apparently the order was mac and cheese for her child and she said the child was starving. what was alarming about this was, I could see into the kitchen and the kitchen staff was standing around talking to each other, not cooking. there were servers standing around waiting for food. finally after we sat down, 1 person started to clear tables at a pace that even a snail would say is slow. the manager in charge tonight clearly has no concept of how to run a restaurant. it isn't like they are busy. there are a few families here, and plenty of staff, what they are missing is proper leadership. at one point the manager took a call while I was at the register. could have been personal since she felt the need to duck around a corner out of site while she talked. it wasn't a go-to order, that is for sure. 

this manager could have stepped in to clear tables, or helped at the register or could have done any number of things to move thing along... like looking into why it took so long to get a child a mac and cheese for example. 
I think the best part was when I asked for a regular size drink when I ordered. "I am sorry we are out". in my head, I am thinking, at 8:30 on a Saturday? ok, fine whatever what about using the same size coffee cup right next to you. she lights up "sure, we can do that but I think i have to charge you for a coffee".  fine, just give me a water glass then, I will have water. 

epic fail CB, epic fail. 
seriously, time to train your staff. I have worked in customer service for most of my life, and I would be embarrassed about how this location is being run

I will definitely go again. The food was splendid. Great service here. Clean, they pick up after you. They have hibiscus lemonade. Coffee and fountain drinks. Their panini sandwich is delicious. There is bathrooms here.

The food is very nice and reasonably priced. Staffs are friendly. Good for breakfast and take away quick bites
