Usually love Corner Bakery at Northpark mall. Good food and service.
Today Saturday February 17 2018 I experienced the worst service I have ever had. Paid for the food at 1 pm after 30 minutes I went to ask about my order and was told the food was on plates and was being placed on trays to he brought out. I go back to my table and wait for my order, ten minutes pass and I go ask for the order again and i am told to wait. At this point i ask for the management. Once I spoke with the I showed mine the time stamp on my order and I also told him I was told food was being placed on trays ten minutes prior, at this point I have waited 40 minutes. Ten minutes later food come out, soup I ordered were cold, Macaroni for my kids was cold. I have to get the managers attention again to let him know this is unacceptable but I am told they are trying their best. I understand they were busy and definitely understaffed, but the manager should have done a better job as I was not the only person waiting for their order. There were 5 other people with over 40 minutes of wait for orders by their receipt time stamps. Management needs to allocate proper staff for peak times.

Holiday tradition bummer. Always looked forward to the Holidays festivities at North Park and the good food, but Corner Bakery Cafe has come up way short on service and quality. It stared by the 30 plus minute wait for the food but coming out cold makes all the worst. The replacement food has yet to arrive - 20 minutes and counting, very disappointing considering it’s not that busy and lots of empty tables. 
I give this place 2 stars for the location and the view of the beautiful Christmas Trees and water fountain. 
Hoping for a save for the balance of the holiday season, it always been a great place to eat at during the holidays.

We were here on a Sunday morning on 2-18-18. Rude male employee, looked like he may be a manager? Was helping the cashiers with the cash registers. Makes you feel like you bother him when you ask the cashier for questions about the menu, and even though we weren’t directing our questions to him he answered in a very hostile way. The customer is your friend not your enemy. Take some customer service classes.

The first time I went here, I asked my ticket to be split and the associate proceeded to put the total on one card instead of splitting. Today I ordered soup to-go and asked for garnishes to be put on the side, they were not. My order was also sitting at the counter when I arrived but the girl at the counter was too concerned with closing duties to notice. Soup was cold.

usually love corner bakery but be careful if you order to go - they didn’t shut my pasta lid and i put my phone in my bag resulting in marinara sauce in the cracks of my phone, have to turn my phone upside down to get punctuation because that part of the touch screen doesn’t work anymore
