The food was good & the staff was very friendly. It was close to us being the only people inside, yet we couldn't find a table that was wiped down. Basic function!

I want to like this place, but there's one old guy that's a bus boy and he really gets on my nerves.  One time, he was clearing off a table next to me, and whipped his dirty rag out of the back of his pants, basically flinging it in my face and over my food.  Then, the last time I went in, he carried my food around the whole restaurant looking for me when I was right by the counter, and then when he set it down, the silverware was on top of the food and he reached down and picked the silverware off for me, sticking his fingers in my food.  I can tell he works hard, and he's probably a nice man, but he's just always in my face (and food) when I'm there.  I will NOT be returning.

The Corner Bakery is one of the few restaurants where I rarely order the same thing every time. Yes. I have favorites, but pretty much everything on the menu is wonderful. The soups they serve are always good. I can count on that, and I always dip my sandwich in the soup. Just try it!
