I filled my truck up at 440am this morning. The receipt didn’t print( no big deal) so I walked in and only saw a lady writing in a book and asked her for a receipt for the gas and informed her of the receipt tape was empty. She appeared to be bothered and angry(saying unreal under her breath UNREAL. I immediately heard a very relieving kind and professional voice stating I can help you sir. I said thank you mam and thank you for being so cordial. The young lady who was professional was in her early twenty’s and the unprofessional lady was late 40’s-early 50’s. I told done co-workers of my experience and one of them said they knew exactly who I was speaking of and no longer will go in that store(stating she gives off bad energy) I will not ever stop there again. This would be the poorest level of customer service I have ever experience. I may have returned but hearing this is common I made a choice to never go back.
