Very poor customer service. Made it seem like I was inconveniencing them to ask them to assist with rearranging my charms on the two Pandora bracelets that were purchased from them. Left without them helping me. Very dissatisfied.

Had 4 rings resized and repaired-two were mine, two my daughters (in picture.)  Very pleased.  Did not know they were that shiny, either!  Will definitely be back if need more repairs or want a new piece!
