Cornersburg pizza is made with quality products from start to finish.
We make our dough fresh each morning using “All Trumps” General Mills’ all-purpose flour. Our sauce is made from Teresa tomato sauce and puree products and with Mrs. Lou’s special blend of herbs and spices. We slow cook the sauce for hours allowing all the flavors to be thoroughly blended separating our sauce from all the rest.
We hand make and cook each medium thick crust pizza to order. The average cook time is just about 20 minutes until you have a mouth-watering slice.
Our famous regular pizza is topped with generous portions of sauce, bell peppers and 100% Wisconsin premium grade Mozzarella Grande cheese.
We also hand craft a local favorite, the “Brier Hill Pizza”. This pizza is made with our sauce, sprinkled with basil, oregano and finished with lots of sweet bell peppers and Grande Romano cheese.
If you are not in the mood for pizza, we also have various side items. Buffalo bites, chicken bites with a kick, served with a side of fries and mild sauce. If you want to tame it down, try our whole white meat chicken tenders also served with a side of fries and BBQ sauce.
If wings are all you want, we have them, six different flavors: BBQ, Garlic, Hot, Mild, Ranch, and Cajun.
For the cheese lovers, we also have something for you. Mozzarella cheese sticks with a side of our famous sauce.
