OK, so I should start by saying that they did make things right, but dealing with these guys is a nightmare! Save yourself the stress and go with someone else. Here's my experience:
1) They fire off a quick quote over the phone. This should be a red flag.
2) When they showed up, the price had gone up by $500.
3) When I called Jack about it, he just yelled at me and wouldn't honor his original price. Luckily the electrician who came out worked with me and got the price down to only about $200 higher than my original quote.
4) They were clear that they were going to permit everything. I later did another job and the inspector came out and held up the job because Cornerstone never pulled the permits.
5) I called Jack to get him to get the permits he should have gotten in the first place and of course he yelled at me some more. 
6) He pulled the permit and the inspector came out and failed the inspection.
7) I called Jack to tell him about it and he yelled at me some more and ended up hanging up on me. I was trying to get him to commit to a time to fix it and he blew up and said "the way your talking to me, I'll wait 30 days to fix it".
8) About an hour later I did get a call back from his electrician who came out and fixed the job.

In the end they did make it right, but it was an extremely stressful and shady experience. This guys is an unethical, loose canon who will do the work illegally and yell at you along the way. Save yourself the nightmare and use someone more ethical and stable!

I called Jack on a Friday afternoon and he carved out time to come solve my problem on Saturday.  He was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The work was multifaceted and involved some nuance and the results are perfect. He understands the value of customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.  I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if I need any consults or work.

I asked for a quote for an A/C system and his quote was quite high compared to other, reputable established places. I asked if there was a reason it is higher, maybe something I should be looking for in other people's. This was simply a question to make sure I was comparing him fairly. I was polite, not accusatory in any way, He said that this was a BMW of a system and I do not sound like a person who can afford a BMW and hung up on me. I have renovated my previous house and my current one over the last 12 years  and never met someone who was so rude. I don't know if he meant because I had an accent, or I simply asked if his system included items that other companies would add later (again, so I can compare him fairly). I would never call him again.
