Absolutely Fantastic!  I was fortunate enough to meet Steve of Cornerstone while preforming some evaluation work for him.  After speaking to him several times I decided to give is company a shot.  I have had nothing but great experiences with him.  I know that it can be very difficult to find an honest company that will treat you fairly.  I needed to have several bifold doors hung and the ceiling in one of my bathrroms patched.  Total bill charged by Steve was half of what another "handy man" wanted.  The workers showed up within ten minutes of their scheduled time and if they were running late they notified me well in advance.  I could ask for anything more.  I have referred him to several of my friends and family and they have all been very satisfied.

My family has a house that is in a Trust.  It has been rented out for more than 30 years.  Unfortunately, my father-in-law was his own property manager and wasn't able to maintain this home in any way.  We were connected with Cornerstone thru Tarek El Moussa (made famous from the hit show Flip or Flop).  We live in Virginia and came to California for a family event and Steve and his daughter agreed to meet us at the house to access the damage.  In a nutshell I had another contractor suggest we tear down this 1947 home.  Cornerstone did new floors, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, heating, most of the electrical, repainted the entire inside of the house and they did it in 6 weeks and the work was incredible and right on.  You can see pictures of the now on Zillow starting 6/20/14.  (10924 Winchell St, Whittier, Ca.). If you need a reliable, capable and honest contractor, you should call Cornerstone.

Thanks Steve and Alex.  You finished the house this week and we have new tenants coming in on Saturday.  The rent went up $1,000 a month because of your wonderful workmanship.

I just want to respond to the TWO bad reviews I have, NOT TRUE this was an unhappy TENANT who was unhappy with the choice the mgmt company made and also the fact he tried to fraudulently say that our company damaged his TV in the garage, NOT TRUE again, I took the TV to a authorized SONY TV shop and it was determined it was a RECALLED TV that he was already given a credit for, so I REFUSED to give him money, I'm not a crook, If I had damaged his TV I would have gladly paid for it. It's a tough business we are in as we work for the owners or property mgmt companies and or bank and it's not popular when you are the one who they focus there energy on when they are getting evicted or foreclosed on, It's unfortunate, but I don't rip anyone off.

I needed several handyman jobs done around the house such as fixing my bathroom fan and replacing some facia boards that had termite damage.  They were able to rebuild my existing fan instead of replacing it which saved me a lot of money.  The facia boards were replaced the same day.  

These guys are excellent and professional.  Also, since they are licensed, they carry proper insurance; which is critical for any roof construction work.
