We aren't the traditional gym or the typical "bootcamp" program. Corps Fitness knows that in order to thrive in anything you have to be motivated and inspired. When you walk through our door you will be welcomed by instructors and a group of all abilities that epitomizes both and will provide you the encouragement needed to push yourself beyond your preconceived barriers.
Respect, Accountability, Teamwork are our three core philosophies. Everyone will be held to these and you will be surrounded by people who will inspire you every time you step through our door. This is group fitness combined with personal attention but taken a step higher.
In addition we accommodate ALL abilities and provide ways to get everyone moving! Owner and founder of both Corps Fitness and www.imablefoundation.org, Chris Kaag utilizes a wheelchair which gives him the ability to see what needs to be adapted unlike most able bodied instructors. We welcome anyone to take a ride into the healthy lifestyle regardless of perceived abilities!
