Historical park. It is clean and quiet and has good hiking. Corriganville used to be a movie lot for mainly western themed movies and was home to Creature From the Black Lagoon. After Ray "Crash" Corrigan's death much of the land was purchased by Bob Hope and houses built on some of the land. The park was preserved as a city park . There are still some ruins from what was once there.

Tucked away on the outskirts of Simi Valley, it's an excellent park to hike, walk, run, or walk your dog on some of the leisurely trails. The rock formations are absolutely beautiful and amazing, a locals get away. Free parking in the park.

What a beautiful piece of history. It's kept up well so let's keep it that way. Please do not litter and if you see some pick it up. We the people of California owe our great State that much.

Really cool & fascinating park. This was once a working movie lot which was later turned into a tourist attraction where people could see & learn how their favorite movies were made. Now, there's mostly only memories and a few plaques which help people walking thru the park learn more about both the movies and the lot they were shot on. The place needs work. Several fires destroyed the old buildings which would be neat to restore.
