This is in a way stepping back in time to personal service, and a great feel to the store. The deli counter is alive and bustling, help is friendly and fast moving and you can talk to others waiting to be served. Order a sandwich ahead on line, they are amazing and enough for two meals. Lots of special Italian foods as can be expected and just a little better t of everything else too. The staff are great and helpful, there is nothing else like it in the Sacramento area. If you want an experience, just stop in and order a sandwich and watch the hustle. I love this place!
A Sacramento treasure! Some of the best groceries you’ll find in town! They have a wide selection of meats and cheeses and olives. They have a lot of food do you want find anywhere else. They also make the best sandwiches in town! I highly suggest getting the Corti special it’s less than nine bucks and it’s a meal for two! They also have a great wine selection and a Somalia on standby to help you find that perfect wine.
Love this old deli from 1949. So many specialty and imported items, a great butcher & deli. It's pricey, comparable with Nugget Markets but a must every once in a while for me. My favorite is the Veggie sandwich with bacon! Amazing!
Delicious food and amazing selection! The sandwiches are to die for loved them. Workers are very friendly and have good suggestions. Great seasonal items. Their prosciutto is amazing!
This is what a $10 sandwich looks like. $1 loaf of white bread that I already have at home, Iceberg lettuce, and the saddest tomatoes I’ve ever seen McDonald’s has fresher produce. And it doesn’t even fit on the pathetic bread. The grocery store itself is also a joke, nothing but alcohol and overpriced “family” owned produce. Never giving this “grocery” store another penny of my hard earned money.
First time at Corti Brothers and it did not disappoint! We got the corti special and the chicken parm which were both so good! We will definitely be back to try more!
The deli is my favorite place to go for lunch. They make the best sandwiches in Sacramento and I'm a big fan of the Indian food they offer. If you are an impatient person then this isn't the store for you, or try going before the lunch rush. I personally don't mind waiting because the food is SO GOOD. A bit pricey but worth it. Also, a helpful tip based on a lot of the other reviews I saw: If you don't want to wait your turn for a deli sandwich, use the online sandwich order tool and schedule a pickup time that works for you.
New to the area of Sacramento and was thrilled to find this store. You can find all Italian ingredients there is a deli inside the store too great quality products. My new favorite store
Amazing deli meat selection. Reasonable prices. I enjoy going to corti brothers for their prosciutto selection. I've always found the staff to be helpful and the selection to be broad given it's a specialty store. I'll continue to shop here and recommend it to anyone who's looking for hard to find meats / cheeses / and or looking to add an international flavor to their cooking.
This is not a small store but feels very familiar, with family atmosphere inside and people smiling to you. I love their pastas, organic, made in Italy or produced in SF too, they tastes like homemade. They have some European produces, but many local too. The bread they sell is tasty!
