***DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE*** If giving no stars was an option, that's what I would've rated them. They're BLATANTLY racist and NO people of color should patronize their "establishment". A call was made for an appointment for a full set of nails, a pedicure and eyebrows, and the appointment was confirmed for four thirty... when my daughter arrived, they wouldn't serve her. They told her she didn't have an appointment. I know that someone will say maybe they were over booked, or some other excuse, but that's not the case. There were empty stations and workers who were free. People of color shouldn't discriminate against other people of color. The following is a copied review from another customer "Maybe their not used to the concept of customer service or even order... I hate to think that they just service white customers over black women ,who have been sitting there waiting patiently, who are spending the same GREEN dollars!!!! I felt extremely disrespected when this happened to me here. After waiting 15, they seated another woman instead of me, one who didn't have an appointment AND was getting the SAME SERVICE as I was. After I inquired why I had to continue to wait, I was told to just be patient. I graciously walked out afterwards. No way I would give them my money. Im sure happy I don't live in this town and have to settle for this type of behavior."

I went to Cortland Nails tonight on a whim before vacation, it IS a bit expensive but they were polite and they did a great job on my gel mani/pedi. I got pink/white french with a flower design! I think what I liked the most was the girl who did my nails and painted my toes actually spoke English VERY well. I only pamper myself once or twice a year and I would go back. Like I said it's pretty pricey but for a treat it was nice.

Paid $70 for a full gel set and 5 nails easily came off in less than a week

Under new management. Prices are higher. Not like it use to be with the last management. Won't go back there.
