I have used Cortrust bank since I opened my first bank account. I've also gone through two mortgage experiences through the bank with Jeff Mindt. I would highly recommend Cortrust bank for a local/regional bank that works with their customers to meet their lending and banking needs. They provide excellent customer service responsive and the people I've worked with have always seemed to care about me and answer any questions I may have. I'd highly recommend for any banking needs!
Especially friendly and completely professional.
Unfortunately my experience with CorTrust Bank is awful, they froze my bank account the day my paycheck was deposited without any warning. The best part about that is being over 1,000 miles away from the closest branch doing work in Phoenix, Arizona. Most companies reward their customers for a decade of loyalty, not punish them.
Shayne Maker is my insurance agent and he has taken care of all our insurance needs for many years. He's the best around and really cares about his customers.
Poor customer service. Staff dont care about the customers. Rude, unprofessional and dont meet customer needs. Managers rude and cant train there staff to be professional and respectful. Wells Fargo treats a person as a number but still is proffessional.
