Doctors have given me trouble in the emergency department i went in for blood in my stool and they couldent take a stool sample to i was treated rudely like i was wasti g their time come to find out i had internal hemmroids weeks later. My husband however because he lost his job and insurance at the time and was loosing consciousness from a bad tooth infection, was treated harshly and when i tried to call the doctors in the room. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WERE ON THEIR PHONES TEXTING AND TALKING TO Each Other NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. as for my primary doctor. Best one ive ever had. :)

I have been seen in the ER twice here and both times I had excellent service.  I have to mention I am an RN myself and have worked in a different ER.  The first time I was here I broke my back in 3 places the 2nd time I was unconscious briefly.  As I stated I had fine service here.  Remember- the sign on the door says "emergency", everything else usually waits.  A cut on your child's hand, without serious profuse bleeding- may have to wait.

TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE attitudes by nurses, Dr. Seemed lost.  Wife came a little after 5pm, with bleeding issues, didnt get into be seen till AFTER 1130pm, had 1 lady that showed up 2hrs after us, and was in / out in 30mins for migraine. 
AFTER finally being taken into the back, we waited for 3hrs to be seen, as we were about to leave due to lack of care, I heard the nurses belittling my wife about her condition.  THEN one of the ladies come to take blood and jabs the needle into my wife, who of course said "ouch" was told, "oh that hurt? that shouldn't hurt"  No apology, just talked to the wife like she was being a cry baby.  Wife bruised instantly in all 3 spots they jabbed the needle into her arms.
That was the very last time we go to that "butcher shop" of a hospital.
Also when we were waiting for discharge papers, nurse was mouthing off about how the prisoners that come in are her "favorite patients" (sarcastically).
I would recommend that even if you are on your death bed, spend the time and go to Waco - Hillcrest.  At least they pretend to care and enjoy thier job.

TOOK MY SON TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH A CUT HAND.  AFTER 3 HOURS AND NO DOCTOR YET WE WERE ADVISED BY THE ER ATTENDANT TO TAKE HIM TO TEMPLE.  WE DID AND THEY SEWED HIM UP AND SENT US HOME IN 30 MINUTES. i RECEIVED A 200 DOLLAR BILL BECAUSE CMH HAD FILED WRONG INSURANCE AND REFUSED TO FILE IT ON THE CORRECT INSURANCE. Keep in mind he was never taken in back, they only assessed the wound and took his vitals and left us in waiting room for hours.
