Work quality fine but buyer beware... Sam refused to follow-up with repairs to my home when his work clearly failed after 1 month of normal use (tile work part of larger project)... he also claimed after the job that we "Jew'd" him after we refused to accept all his change orders and I refused to select him for follow-on work (another contractor had a lower price). Nice enough fellow but if you hire Sam, be prepared to deal with a contractor that doesn't do his own work (brings in other people to do ALL the work), will hit you up with change orders and expect that you accept them all without question, and may not follow-up after the job to address shortcomings and failures in his work.
