Very Friendly and Professional. I've been here for both job and personal reasons an always get help when I ask for it. They don't pester you while your looking and I feel that lack of presence and pressure type sale is nice. I'll ask for help if I need it. Also seen residential customers come in and get treated just like a contractor with customer service.

They know what they're doing which is more than I can say about a big box store. They are the best in my opinion. I saw one of the previous reviews here and said he saw 6 people just standing around - pffft. They were either in the process of taking care of another customer. Appearances can be deceiving and lack of patience is not a virtue. Walk into a Big Box store and see how much help you get if you can find anyone.

Six people standing around talking to each other and not one person helped me so I could purchase a large amount of flooring. I was told to wait a minute then was completely forgotten about. It's no wonder people travel out of town to buy there lumber supplies.

They are really friendly and they have everything that you might need if you are building a house or if you are just working on a small project.

I hate the big box lumber companies because they are everything that Coshocton Lumber Company is not. Absolutely the best service around. Thanks for helping me out with my new kitchen,
