Cosmetic Solutions was founded by OB-GYN Associates, the area’s largest and most trusted women's medical facility. Under the medical direction of Johanna J. Abernathy, M.D., Cosmetic Solutions is staffed by professionally licensed and experienced personnel including an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), a Registered Nurse (RN) and two Licensed Medical Estheticians. We provide some of the most advanced science and technology, in a comfortable and inviting environment.
We offer permanent hair reduction, vein therapy, laser skin resurfacing, skin tightening, sun spot removal and laser skin rejuvenation. We also provide you with a complete menu of skin care services, including botox cosmetic, injectable facial fillers, and medical-grade skin care products.

Service is great! 
First I came to free consultation appointment I meet with one of clinic Specialist she made me feel very comfortable! I came to solve the problem of hair loss. She gave me valuable advice on how to solve this problem first and then move on to other methods of treatment. 
In fact, it made me feel that my health was more important even if I did not complete the treatment in the clinic. She is a skilled professional and know exactly what she's doing! She gives me a Highly recommend  services.

I love Cosmetic Solutions!  I did not take care of my skin in my younger years and now it shows. I'm fighting wrinkles, sun damage and redness. I bought a package with Cosmetic Solutions and in a few short months I love my skin!  I never thought I would go without makeup and feel good about it.   Today I did!  Thanks Molly and Sara for giving me great skin!

I came here for a coolsculpting procedure. I had purchased the session at their open house that was very nice. I wanted a cheaper and non invasive alternative to a tummy tuck after having kids. I had made a consultation with them which I am very impatient and excited with these kinds of things and luckily they are able to schedule you right away. I have to say that the ladies that worked on the day of my appointment were so very nice. That made my whole experience. They told me what to expect and was very honest about it, no sugar coating because it does kinda hurt in the beginning and a little toward the end. They were very respective to my tolerance of pain because I hate going places that make you feel like you are being dramatic. They let me stay after my hour session until I was comfortable enough to leave since their schedule was free at the time. I felt like my health and my feelings were very much taken into consideration and they were very helpful. I will definitely be returning to them for any cosmetic needs in the future, not only for the customer service but for what I feel is there unbiased opinion on whether or not you should or need to do the service you are inquiring about. That matters, they are people who want whats in your best interest and not just your money, that is important.
