-10 STARS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
There was one particular place I was interested in viewing. First I went from no answered calls, to getting an answer from a man that seemed like he could not be bothered. So when I finally made headway with one particular property, I was told the property would be available on that particular date and that I could view the property on said date. So I followed up with this company on the availability date and was told that the place would not be available until another 3 mos. Three months, later (and the same place is still listed available now......almost 9 mos later) the place is still listed but yet unavailable??? Definitely a scam. Reported to the appropriate companies in Connecticut.

The guy called me back and “suggested” in a threatening manner I take the negative review down. At least I finally got a call back. Still never showed me the property I was calling about. Thank goodness because he’s a real piece of work. STAY AWAY.

Saw an updated listing on 8/7 for an apartment I previously inquired about but had been rented out before I applied. I contacted Cosmopolitan on Craigslist, and they were responding quickly until I tried to get an address to send my application. After several unreturned calls and emails, I got lucky and happened to call when someone in their office  felt like answering the phone. I was told that the property was still available. I applied. Thr next day I learned from the property owner that the place had been leased weeks ago! Cosmopolitan either outright lied, or has no idea what is going on with the properties they advertise. Either way, extremely unprofessional. I will avoid their listings in the future.

TLDR: Updated a listing that was rented weeks ago, told me twice it was available. Didn't return calls. Avoid if at all possible.

I guess we all have something in common, lack of business customer service skills. I texted the number listed, called the following morning at 8:00am and the greeting said it all to me; I asked a couple of questions along with my interest in viewing the unit and I realized I was being screen out with the amount of questioning. I had to advice the gentleman he was screening me out without even being interested in submitting a rental application. He told me to call the following week on Wednesday at any time. When seeing the apartment his behavior towards me in person was not the best experience, I sort of felt physically discriminated ...  I had to leave the property shortly after I realized he has lied about the other unit posted being available NOW but per his response to me it was becoming available in August ... so I really don't want to live at such place.
 *** Hope this gentleman realizes that customer service is the face of any business any where in this world.

If I could give this realtor Mark a negative star rating I would. Worst experience ever. I made an appointment with him to view 2 homes and he never showed up! I called him 2 times before the appointment time to confirm the location and never got a response. After getting there I called again and miraculously he answers to tell me I was supposed to call him to confirm and so he didn't show up. What an unprofessional way to conduct business.  Please don't waste ur time and energy here. There are plenty of other Realtors who value their customers.
