very bad experience, first off the haircut for my 4 year old turned out horrible, we asked for a 1/2" buzz cut because it was picture day, instead of using the buzzer (besides for the small detailing on the back of his neck) she decided to use scissors, and while doing so cut his ear and when he said that she did so, began to cover her butt by saying "i told you not to move" which was never said. she rushed through his hair cut (i know they have something like a 15 min maximum) but she was done in like 7 mins and there was no one waiting for a hair cut after him. would not recommend this place to someone i didnt like let alone family or friends

UPDATE: sent a email to them and spoke with them on the phone, they were very polite and helpful in rectifying the issue
